Introducing: Energy Efficient Woven WoodsJuly 22, 2020
Our Provenance collection is full of stunning textures that are sure to make any home look its best. As if that wasn’t enough, they just got even better! Hunter Douglas recently released a gorgeous new addition to this collection, resulting in energy efficient woven woods. Let’s take a look…
Energy Efficient Woven Wood Shades
Hunter Douglas just made a good thing even better by adding a new feature for Provenance Woven Shades. It’s a secondary shade that can drop into place behind your light-filtering wovens. And since it’s a cellular shade, both heat and light are blocked out.
Dual shades offer the best of both worlds. They allow for a range of light from bright to dark–and anything in between. Simply raise the secondary shade for softer light, or lower the cellular shade for blissful darkness. Recently, we’ve seen how this type of feature works with modern roman shades, which typically have a secondary roller shade.
Style and comfort are an important aspect of any shades, and honeycomb shades offer just that. We love that by adding a honeycomb shade as the secondary shade to woven woods, you’ll get complete control of your lighting–plus the energy savings you deserve.
The Perfect Room for a Perfect Shade
Much like us, our clients love the look of woven woods. And now, with these shades having a large range of light and temperature control, it will be an exciting challenge to discover which rooms you’ll choose them for. Since these shades are perfect for room darkening and temperature control, they’ll be a strong contender for the bedrooms in your home. But, with the intense Florida sunshine, which room would benefit most from insulation?
Have a different room in mind for these shades? The good news is–you don’t have to pick just one! Let us know what you think! Our At Home Blinds & Decor team is ready to help you throughout every step of the process. Don’t wait, contact us today for your FREE design consultation.
